sour grapes!
Here's my favourite Serbian proverb (not that I know any other Serbian proverbs):
When granpas eat sour grapes, grandson's teeth turn numb.
I feel we inherit karma, but I feel also, through grace I guess, we can leave it behind. It must be this way.
I like what you said "the soul is in a constant battle with the karmaic body". I sense this struggle, and also when we are called to make decisions and wonder whether we are relieving karma with the decision, or creating more. I think we talked about this before.
I agree, our soul is a perfect gem, a diamond within a rose. If only we spent more time on that and less on the body.
