Kin,

Having heard this terminology before, I mighta gone with utilizing, "The Akashic Records" in my NDE report...but that's not what I was told the place was called. Instead, when I telempathically queried the Council Member, I was "informed" it's title was, "The Intergalactic Library of LIGHT."
Perhaps the Akashic Records deal more specifically with chronicles relating to the rudiments of reincarnational karma in this particular region of time & space, whereas the "Library of LIGHT" serves purpose that is more Central to Center ITSELF.
