Where might i find info on how to do a water fast?

i had pain in my side and wanted to do the liver/gallbladder cleanse as soon as possible so i did a quick, lame parasite and kidney rinse first. Just finished the liver/gallbladder cleanse. It was quite successful so i recommend it. Know i need something else though.

Just a newbie here. Thanks for any offering ideas.
