I've been going backwards and forwards on what food to break the fast with, cucumber seems perfect! I had avocado 🥑 in my brain for quite a while and I've been craving it a little so will probably have one of those too!
I would like to make one of Dr. Rhonda Patrick's green smoothies for the prebiotics aspect. I can't imagine I have any kind of gut biome left so starting to rebuild that should be my #1 priority. But, I would imagine it's likely to be too rich to break the fast with.
