Hi guys! Thought I’d pop in and say hi with a little update.
It’s been around 8 weeks since I broke my fast. I have not been perfect in my eating but I have definitely said goodbye to my bad habits. I have kinda binged once but i hadn’t eaten all day and the food was amazingly good/nutritious.
I don’t crave fast food anymore, the only thing close to it was a chicken sish kebab with salad and no pita a couple of times. I’ve had a little chocolate as a treat too but I’m cool with it.
For the first four weeks after I definitely put on weight even though I wasn’t over eating. I guess it was to be expected. It’s only these past few weeks that with my keto diet I have started to lose again. I can go a long time with out food and it’s rare I’m without energy. My general day to day mood has improved and life seems to be a lot easier than before.
I’d like to thank you all again for your support, I plan on doing a Water Fast once a year so will defiantly return to record my progress.
