Day 16, 17, 18 & 19!!
So I've been crazy busy over the past few days!
Pretty much, things are the same. I have pooped twice, being caught out on both occasions. Whatever this oily crap is that's coming out of me, it gets EVERYWHERE. My advice to anyone out there, every time you think you need to pass wind, go to the toilet. Don't play Russian roulette with you underwear 😂 Also, my pee is super dark and smelly - I'm drinking around 2l a day max and I'm not feeling dehydrated
I have lost a ludicrous amount of weight. I don't weigh myself because I don't really see the point. All of my work clothes are very baggy and I need to go shopping, but that can wait. I'm getting lots of comments from work colleagues which is very motivational and I still have 11 days to go. At this point I'm very confident I'll complete the 30.
One thing I am very happy with so far is how my muscles are not fading away. When I did a juice fast I had flabby "bingo wings" at the end of it and next to no muscle left on my upper arms. The guns 💪 are still intact and my skin is tightening, albeit slowly. I'm using a sulphur based soap in the shower which is horrible smelling and makes me feel comfortable 👍
The only downside, still, is my liver aching and the odd bout of dizziness. I'm used to it now and feel that you have to be otherwise you'll quit, no pain no gain 😂
