Somewhere along the line I missed a day 🤷♂️ No idea how that happened. I started on the 11th of July so I should finish on the 9th, break on the 10th.
Over these past 3 days, things have definitely changed. I can't be on my feet for too long. I'm getting tired very quickly, napping during breaks and as soon as I get home. I've been very snotty since day 20, its like water. I had some run out of my nose onto the floor in front of a customer, which was quite embarrassing.
My skin is much more sensitive than before but much, much clearer, especially my face and around my eyes, although they appear tired quickly. Weight loss seems to have gone into overdrive, and while I've not got any lose skin yet I'm not celebrating as I still have some tummy fat to lose, which I'll do with diet. I don't weigh myself but almost everyday I see a difference which is very motivating!
I have 4 days left 😳 Wow, it comes around so quickly. I'm looking forward to spending some time with friends as I've been a bit of a hermit since the beginning.
My mentality is this, I may have nearly finished this fast but I have to think of it as the start of a new lifestyle otherwise, it'll go down hill fast!
