Thanks for posting that video. It reaffirmed my belief about eating and fasting.
I do urge people not to learn wrong things from it, such as drinking tea and taking supplements during a fast, those were studies that we don't know full details about.
But other details are great, muscle loss does not happen during a fast, brain power grows, focus gets better, longevity increases, HGH gets a boost, all of it which I have experienced from fasting for so many years.
