Hi guys! I hope you're all well!

Things have been going good so far, I'm feeling on top of the world. I'm having zero cravings for rubbish food and my will power is solid, having being situationally tested a few times already.

I landed in Cyprus yesterday and today is the day I start eating close to what my diet will be and I'm very excited to begin.

I've not had this level of optimism before and I've got some great people around me for support. I'm even going to the beach for the first time in years!

Really happy to be using this holiday to get back to 100% & feel/look healthy again.

Also wanted to say thank you again to everyone for all the support ☺ I truly appreciate all your support!

I will update this thread with what I'm eating whilst I'm here 🤘
