bit late... but maybe try cucumber to break fast... but first do the lemon and warm - not hot water....
I broke my 7 dry/7wet fast this way... and slowly added in avocado and drained yoghurt dip (labna) and now I'm on 85% of my 1668 cals fat, around 40g of each carbs and protein per day and Im flourishing.
I still am able to have maybe one small serve of fruit per day, and then make sure most of my cals are from fat. Its great. keto all the way!
