Ive been planning my keto diet this past week, which is looking amazing 😍 I've learnt a lot from my past fasts, this time I will be ready and having dabbled with keto for 6 weeks previously Im confident I can go straight into it, being very careful once I break the fast.
Speaking of which can anyone recommend something other than water melon to brake the fast? I dont want any Sugar first up.
Day8. Easy day at work, thought I could smell bread baking, my Collegue looked at me like I was crazy 😜 My liver is aching a bit still but not crippling. Taking it easy when possible, reduced the size of my water bottle, resting up now👍 Walked 3 miles (at work), drank 2ltrs, no MCT.
