Re: Me and my 30 day water fast w/ MCT Oil

Day 20:

I worked at a huge shopping centre/mall yesterday, 11 hour shift and 3 hours of driving. Needless to say it was the most I have been tested so far. All I could smell was amazing food all day, people eating around me, milkshakes, smoothies, burgers, biritos etc. Wow it was hard. I was so tired when I got home I watched GoT and fell asleep. 8 hour though 😀 I have two days off now so I'm going to enjoy the rest and get ready for my holiday 👍

I woke up this morning with what I can only describe as crap all around the inside of my mouth. It was gross. I brushed my teeth and swished around some coconut oil for about 10 mins. I can only assume this is part of the detox, dam it was gross. I had a little bit of a sore throat too so I'm going to put it down to the environment I spent the day in and the amount of germs that were bound to be floating about.

My liver has not ached as much yet but I put that down to the excessive amount of time I was on my feet. Today I'm going to put apply some castor oil to the area as per Archus 👍 And see how it works out for me!
