I would have guessed Murphy and Toon were Premills based on what Alexander said in his article. 

They could possibly be referred to as Postmills, but most certainly not as Premills. L Boettner & J M Kik hold similar positions, with the possible exception of the mass conversion of the Jews. Since they all believe in a single event 2nd Advent, followed by a general resurrection and judgment as a precursor to the eternal age, they can justifiably also be referred to as Finalists.

That's yet another reason why I like this term so much. It is so flexible in its scope that it even embraces postmills as fellow travellers, and personally I'm glad to welcome them aboard. The fact that we differ on some very minor details is neither here nor there. Fundamentally, we are in complete agreement as far as the major eschatological themes are concerned.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that we need to adopt this in preference to all the other ridiculous labels that have been pinned on us. A label that is descriptive of what you actually believe is a vast improvement over one that references what you don't believe.
