I understand all that, I really do. It's just hard when having these discussions, you have to have a term of some sort to convey what view you are referring to even though of course no term will encompass all of the view or even do it justice at all.

But I also understand terms like this usually come with a whole lot of baggage and misunderstandings.

I know some would rather call the view preterism vs. partial preterism, but the fear for me there would be that people would get confused and think you were referring to the heretical view of no second coming of Christ, resurrection, judgement, etc.

Some like the term Orthodox Preterism. What do you think of that one? Could be shortened to OP. :)
