What store did you find those lozenges, or can you ordered online? I, too, noticed menthol has an effect. One time I applied Vicks rub all over my head and covered it in plastic, I had read that doing that with Vaseline would make them surface for air. i didn't have the Vaseline, but I had the Vicks. I was terrified almost instantly. it felt like something was going to blow the top of my head off or come straight out of my head. I quickly pulled the plastic wrap off and ran for the bathtub where I stuck my head under the water faucet which I had I. Full blast. I need someone to be with me to help me the next time I do it because It truly felt like I was about to witness some horror movie where a monster exits your body, or in my case, my head.
