I can't answer your question about the feces because I have eaten so much beats that it's all red. My feces is dark red and my urine is pink right now.
I can stop eating it and tell you how it is in a couple of days.

I haven't felt constipated or blocked up. When I lay on my side curled up like a ball I experience not so much relief, but like there's something "falling out" downwards from my chest to the middle of my chest.

Do you think I can do the Hulda Clark protocol in my condition and while taking this medicine? And shouldn't I drink apple juice a few days in advance?

(by the way, how much is a "gall of water"?)
