Re: Feeling horrible after liver flush - Can anyone help me?

Telman: Thank you for your good advice. I am so glad that someone even bothered to answer me.
I think perhaps there is a minor misunderstanding here and obviously it's because I am from Norway and my english is not so good. When I talk about the common bile duct, I don't mean the duct from the gallbladder, but the bile duct leading into the duodenum. It often feels very full (from liver stones I think) and my sphincter of oddi (under the right side of my ribs) is working all day long. I didn't even know I had such a thing before this torture began to happen to me.
I don't think there's anything wrong with my gallbladder. It's these liverstones that are coming out all day long which is bothering me. Especially after taking sleeping pills and going to bed, I feel large amounts of liver stones coming out. I think this happens because the medicine is making me relaxed, which makes it easier for the body to let them go. But I don't really know?

I just wonder why this is happening to me and how I can make it stop. It's like an ongoing flush and it's very exhausting. Have I taken too much Epsom Salt when I was trying to get my Gallstones out of the bileducts, or have I been drinking too much apple juice? I have experienced that apple juice has a powerful effect on me, and therefore I have stopped drinking it for a week now. However now my liver is starting to feel sore and painful again. So perhaps I should start to drink it again? Should a glass or two a day matter? I don't know what else to do right now.

Your advice to lay down on the left side was very good indeed. Andreas Moritz tells to lay down on the back or on the right side, but for my condition I think you are more correct.

I lay on my left side many times during the day because then the liver stones from my right side (which troubles me the most) travels out and I experience a short relief.
I think I will try your protocol, but shouldn't I drink applejuice for six days before this flush?

However, with this ongoing flush I'm allready experiencing, I think I must ask my doctor for more sleeping medicine first. Just in case this makes me worse than I allready am.
I'm very scared as you can surely understand, from doing liverflushes ever again.
