Re: Feeling horrible after liver flush - Can anyone help me?
Reading through your first post again which has a full history you have been to your doctor already and he couldn't help because your initial examination doesn't show up anything.
The burning sensation and pain when you move indicate very strongly that you had/have infection. Long term low level infection congest the liver and it is then difficult to get sufficient bile to push out the stones.
That is possibly a reason why people have to do several, 7 or more before the majority of stones come out. I didn't get the "mother-lode" until flush 11.
It is debateable if preparation with apple juice will be relevant if you have liver congestion. My one concern is that you say your stools are brown and this indicates that bile is flowing. If there is a slight orange or the brown is more cardboard than mahogany it can indicate; low bile salt, bile flow obstruction or liver/gallbladder disease. However your doctors given you a blood test to rule out a serious problem. The other courses of action are to liver cleanse and increase fibre intake. Especially soluble fibre.
Another approach is to attempt to decongest the liver by eating plenty of beets (including beetroot powder), radish, cabbage, turmeric. You can also take Chinese bitters for 3 weeks if you can get them. After 3 weeks you can liver-flush. Then repeat the cycle or if the flush is successful move on to prepping with Gold Coin Grass for 3 weeks. You can also prep with Chinese Bitters for 3 weeks then Gold Coin Grass for 3 weeks then flush.
If you want to use the sludge removal protocol it is very dependant upon you being able to flush successfully with the regular methods otherwise its just going to move any infection around.
Milk Thistle wont help until your liver pathway is decongested and clear because it assist the liver to heal itself which it can't do if it is bunged-up.
