Hi,
I got my immune complex candida test results back today and it was negative for yeast. I have normal stools and feel pretty good myself...I think I was having too much fat. After not eating too much fat my tongue has improved. I would eat so many nuts in a day....and eat a lot of meat...therefore creating too much dampness. Just thought I'd fill you in.
