Good question, glad you asked. I tend to be alright in chewing my food, but yes there are definitely times when I scarf it down and I know that is not good for digestion.
I rarely chew my food into tiny little bits, more like a few chews to break it down enough and swallow. I'll make a concentrated effort to chew my food better starting today and see what happens.
However I still feel like I've got an issue going on because again I never remember my tongue looking like this in the past.
