But, a white tongue doesn't mean always Thrush .

What other diseases cause a white tongue?  Do you have proof of this or just the opinions of 'experts' on the internet?

When you have Thrush and scrape your tongue, you see small blood spots in that area

I had a very white tongue that responded to amphotericin, so 100% was Candida.  Nothing like the popular thrush photographs, and certainly never any blood after scraping.  They like to post the most graphic pictures on the internet, but that doesn't mean Candida cannot just grow as a simple slimy coating of the tongue.  In fact that is how it appears in 99% of people.
