candida biofilm and celiac disease

Just wanted to mention that Candida grows in a biofilm in the tissues and the biofilm may need to be cleared away before the yeasts will be killed off by treatment. See Stephen F. Olson, MD - Life on the Edge, the clinical implications of gastrointestinal biofilm.

Also people with gluten intolerance (Celiac Disease) develop a white plaque on their tongues which clears up when they go on a gluten free diet.
