at this stage of a Water Fast she should really be under the care of an experienced fasting supervisor as this is such a very unusual case with symptoms and crises such as these.

A BP reading that you have given of 145/90 or more is a warning that the fast needs to be terminated but as she is unable to hold anything down a hospital admission is essential.
They will feed her intravenously with liquids as she is unable to hold anything down.

There is also the danger of dehydration and insufficient electrolytes and where the starvation period is probably imminent.
Please treat this as a matter of urgency: I am very concerned.
