Re: Forty-Day Water Fast

I just awakened about 10 minutes ago. It's a struggle at this point to even use this laptop. The energy is nauseating. My heart rate upon waking was 79. I don't have anything to measure or monitor my blood pressure, so I have no idea what that is.

I'm taking in a little water, but again, regardless of amount, it comes right back up.

I've been vomiting for about 8 or 9 days. I believe I started on day 29, but I would have to look at my log to be sure. Unfortunately, I don't have the strength to go through that right now, so let's just go with the guess of about 8 or 9.

I went into prayer last night and I realized that I can get all the advice that I want, but in the end, the Divine One, is the one who knows best. I was told not to worry and Psalms 23 kept coming to me, especially the part about, "Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death..." I was also told that I needed to clear my energy because my body is like an antenna/receptor, especially now and I am picking up all types of impressions, which is making this worse. I was led to bring my Amethyst Geode from the meditation room into my bedroom and sit it by my bed, along with wearing one of my crystal necklaces and I slept very peacefully.

I feel what you have stated here is a reiteration/ confirmation of what I was told and I will hold fast.

I have been following the bed rest plan, pretty much throughout this fast, but there have been some exceptions here and there, but I hear you loud and clear... no more exceptions!

Any suggestions on how to monitor BP? Any reasonably priced devices I can have my husband purchase?

I'm going to lie back down now. I have to sit up in the bed to type comfortably.
