I am sorry for what you are going thru.
My own first 25 day fast was like hell on earth with some vomiting towards the end and mostly nausea throughout.

You can buy a BP Monitor relatively cheaply. I bought mine online.
Here is an example.........

A pulse of 79 is fine. No problems.
Your BP should also be ok if your pulse is within the normal range: which it is.
