Chrisb1, I am still vomiting 3 times a day. It's looks like all stomach acid, since it is light to medium yellow. During my last episode (about 15 minutes ago), something concerned me. There was little black specs all in the vomit. Have you ever heard of this? One piece was large enough for us (hubby and I) to pull from the toilet to examine. I don't know what it was, it just looked like a pretty large black flake. There were lots of them in the toilet, all different sizes and shapes, but this one was the largest. No foul smell, nothing unusual, no legs or anything unusual like maybe a parasite. Very strange. Please tell me you know what this is because I was very alarmed to see this.

What is going on?

Quick Note: I did manage to get down 18 ozs of water today and I was very thirsty for the first time in a long while, still I constrained myself and sipped it very slowly, rather than gulping it, which what I wanted to do. It stayed down pretty good, until this last episode. I hope I have a stomach lining when this is done. There was a little bit of blood during the second episode today. It wasn't frank blood. It was sputum and it may have been from my throat or stomach because the vomiting was so violent with nothing to release, but acid.

What are your thoughts?
