I can honestly say that when i'm big into wine drinking, having 2 glasses or red wine with dinner, i am always at my lowest weight (underweight at 123.5). I find that I do not eat as much when I regularly drink wine. Maybe I like the buzz and do not want to interfere with it by adding food, but like I said it curbs my appetite too. Perhaps switch to red wine over beer MouseClick? Or just allow it for the weekend like Fri and Sat :) All things in moderation :)
