Yes, it is frustrating but like luvjoy I can use my "doomsday weapon", the water fast, ha ha! But if I do that, there will be other consequence, so I'll keep my finger away from the button for now.
Yes I do weight train several times a week. You are the second person in this thread so suggest fasting one day a week. If I stagnate, that might be an option. When I was sticking strictly to this plan I found I was feeling so full after a big meal that I actually went, say, from 2pm one day to 10am the next without eating, so I guess I was doing that already.
