Hi Mouseclick, I think you're doing a terrific job losing weight! Very admirable. In addition to your weight loss program, if you don't already own a Vita-Mix blender I highly recommend purchasing one. First thing I do in the morning is throw in two handfuls of kale, one banana, strawberries/apples, 2-3 cups water, agave syrup in my vita-mix and i have all the nutrients i can possibly dream of. I swear my life on raw green smoothies. Besides fasting, I believe this is the best thing you can do for your health and weight. Guaranteed way to curb hunger through optimal nutrition. The best part is that the green smoothies if done correctly do not taste like a vegetable drink. How about drinking your greens throughout the day and then eating a cooked dinner for your pm along with a Coors Light ;) Just a thought :) Cheers, M
