Just a quick FYI. I'm gonna be addressing all the fear mongering here, and there's gobs of it.

I'll post what I know works, and see how it goes from there. I can smell a rat miles away, so stop with all the 'oh help me, I don't know what to do' with the neat lists of symptoms, what kind of parasite is this (as if this matters for anything but the pharmaceutical cartel's 'drugs' designed to kill parasites one type at a time with having to buy more and more--good business for them) and so on.

Of course not every fear mongering post every day---there's way too many for that.

Or we'll be chatting. Ignore me if you like, but that'll only prove I'm not in your 'script' and you are in fact running some kind of fear-mongering agenda.

I'll happily answer the real folks, who act way different than these 'professional' easily 'offended' posters. If any of you all think getting well is hard, from the norm all these fake posters are trying to create, it isn't.

Learn to do your own research, and to trust yourself, over any other source, especially 'medical research' which is 90% pure unadulterated lies.

Your internal wisdom will guide you if you let it. Remember, it is a process, which at times might feel like you're getting worse, when it's just your body maybe removing stuff or killing one thing which allows another to flare up, which it will deal with next, but which it couldn't as long as the first thing was in the way.

Be patient. You didn't get sick in a day, nor will you get well that fast either. Give it time and persist in trusting yourself.

At The Core (Heart/Spirit/Etc.) of all beings, there is a Pure Light.

When there are feelings of loneliness, fear, and unfriendliness, it keeps that Light within instead of shining freely and this causes what seems to be a fog of darkness.

With the understanding of Unity and how all Life is connected, there is deeper compassion, Love, and understanding and that Pure Light from within shines and brightens your Life and uplifts the people in your Life to remember and feel that Eternal Light of Love, Unity, Compassion, and Understnding within The Core/Heart/Center of ever Living Being.

The Light of Love/Unity/Compassion will shine and the fog of darkness which leads to fear, loneliness, discrimination, and hatred will fade away as Light shines.

There is a Light-switch but no dark-switch.

One Eternal Light (God Within) will forever light the entire room (existence/universe) and that is why darkness is a temporary illusion even if the "room" seems "dark" because a certain amount of Light is always still there (God Within) even if it may be difficult to realize sometimes, but with Love/Friendship/Feelings of Unity, that Eternal Light spreads and shines.

I believe that God is The Light within us, the Pure part of us - The Core (Heart/Spirit/etc.) - Life itself (Creative, Bright, Friendly, Happy) and that God never abandons or forsakes anyone, but sometimes peoples own fears of loneliness, desperation, and hatred makes it difficult to see/realize.

Messengers of Love (Pure Angels) are always around even when we don't remember.

I have Faith/Trust in The Power of Love, Life, Healing, and Friendship.

        Leaking 'essence' seems more a contrived spiritual version, of which there are quite a few as well for many other things too. Anytime I hear something seemed designed to make us feel like helpless victims unless we behave in a certain way, I'm always suspicious. It's always about them controlling our behavior, and keep us from becoming our full female selves. We are far from helpless, we just aren't taught ways to protect ourselves, especially spiritually.
        
        My source says you don't leak 'essence', but can be tricked into giving away some of your life energy. Nobody can really 'take' that, but like any dishonest person, they will try all sorts of tricks to get it away from you. Kinda like tricking you into leaving the front door unlocked. Yes, they 'take' your jewelry, but you let them.
        
        It's easier to have that trickery happen when you allow someone that close, but I think if you're clear (even just saying it mentally to do something like put a lock on the kitchen door where your life energy is stored, or some other kind of imagery that puts that out of the fellow's reach), that ought to give you all the protection you need.
        
        Make it clear to yourself--heck, if you must be with such dishonest people, tell them too, that you are not giving permission for them to take your life force or violate your boundaries, just because you allow them inside your energy boundaries. You have all the control where your energy goes. Just use it. :) Physical boundries are harder though, so maybe avoid fellows who feel unsafe, and if you can't, well there's a real emotional issue that needs addressing, eh?
        
        And, I'm still pretty sure there's some guilt involved with it manifesting as a rash--but also, now it's got some element of anger at yourself for allowing it yet again. Our unconscious minds take our beliefs and run with them, even if we on the conscious level aren't even aware we believe that way.
