Yipes--second hand drugs fumes would totally do most any one in, given time. Being older would just accelerate that process, I'm positive. I know this sounds obvious, but did you dare call the police? If this is still going on, anyone still living there is a risk. Could you get shifted to a different apartment? I hate moving myself, but if my life were at stake...
