Well, I guess that answered my question. Yipes!---must feel very trapped there! I know that kind of thing would very likely happen around drug dealers/users. The police wouldn't want to get involved for sure---they don't want to go to that bad neighborhood either.

How about relatives even out of the area? Or social services? I know they usually have a program for at risk folks and a number of other services designed for handicapped/limited function folk. Surely you'd qualify for these types programs if your dad's heading down this path? Tweet
