  In this candid video, I share my personal journey exploring an unconventional cancer treatment - Joe Tippens' fenbendazole protocol. During the process of being diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer but before formal diagnosis, I uncovered Joe's remarkable story of putting his late-stage small cell lung cancer into remission using fenbendazole, a common deworming medication for animals.
  
  Inspired by his case, I decided to try incorporating fenbendazole into my treatment plan alongside other supplements like curcumin and CBD oil, just as Joe had done according to the protocol he published in 2022. However, my results were mixed - while what were potentially lung tumors seemed to respond, I soon developed aggressive new liver metastases.

    I came across your video--was not looking but it "stands" out and have seen the affects of pancreatic cancer, parasites etc.
    
    1. The average pancreatic duct is a "protected" hotel for Liver Flukes, where they lay thousands of eggs, endlessly your entire lifetime....protected because of no blood flow in the duct and the duct is almost always "blocked" with mineral "stones" that act like a door protecting the Liver Flukes.
    
    When Russia was building the first zappers so humans could stay in space with out "swelling-up", one of the first side affects was curing diabetes. I discovered that when taking the internal zappers properly 3x, on the second pass, often people expel a fist size amount of Liver Flukes following a flow of rock hard stones that flushed out of the pancreatic duct and pictured the stones and worms for Dr. Hulda Clark long ago...
    
    2. Clark proved gold fillings affect the pancreas health badly leading to cancer---she was 100% correct.
    
    3. A full mouth full of crowns and metal fillings is certainly asking for cancers.
    
    4.If you have cancer anywhere, you had it first in the liver...when they tell you liver cancer "after" years of treating cancers elsewhere, they often say your hopeless once they do tell you your liver is full of it.
    
    5. PARASITES---you surely have 3# of Lyme and never know it, all the endless other parasites will die easily in comparison to Lyme; Lyme has been the last great plague for the past 300 years and entered into just about everything with blood above and below the water.

Pancreatic Cancer ends up with orange colored eyes, degradation of the face and body and requires "STINTS" in the pancreas to allow the worms and fluids to flow out and down into the intestines and instantly their eyes lighten up as it drains down and out...and during that time period, is when people discover thy may need to pull every toxic tooth in their mouth. Stop all the toxic foods/drinks/drugs...stop everything bad....
    
    13. the idea a person can continue what caused their cancer and just take some de-wormer----would be in the "Miracle" Class and YES, that happens;
    
    "IF" a person believes--------their subconscious will CURE any disease, all cancers......you will become what your truly believed in..... long ago called POW WOW or just faith healing. The brain can make you or break you; we are what we believe.
    
    
    SO YES, some scary cat, dog, horse de-wormer powders can indeed aid you to cure yourself; medical proved that over 100 years ago; Jesus proved it over 2,000 years ago, Elijah, Enoch etc. long long ago understood The Miracle Cure.
    
    
    BEWARE animal products, the commercial types often ad poisons as a method to stop human consumption. EXAMPLE, Lugol's Iodine often used for animals, but they ad chemicals so no human can use it and actually, Lugol's Iodine since Dr. Lugol Synthetically made it in the 1800's was/is toxic and no human should ever touch it.
    
    BE GLAD your miraculously self-cured; but something seems very fishy when you have the ability to make fancy websites.....

When the surgeons discover you learned how to cure pancreatic cancer and they replace your pancreatic stint with a permanent stint and say your next check up with be 1 year....do not be surprised that you never ever eat again--due to an aggressive Thrush that resulted from "dirty" instruments and they say--whoops, our bad. Go to your local hospital and get a thrush shot and if you make it past 3 days after your last ever stint--that would be a true miracle... "they" don't those that learn how to beat their system.
    
    If your lucky enough to stop a cancer with a simple poison--use that time to CLEAN UP the dirty body....

  According to the Mayo Clinic, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin is a type of cancer that starts as a growth of cells on the skin, originating in cells called squamous cells. Squamous cell carcinoma is a common type of skin cancer. Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin is usually not life-threatening. But if it's not treated, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin can grow large or spread to other parts of the body.
  Squamous cell carcinomas can appear anywhere on the skin. In people who sunburn easily, the cancer is usually found on areas of skin that have had a lot of sun. In people with black and brown skin, squamous cell carcinomas are more likely to be on skin that isn't exposed to sun, such as the genitals - which conflicts with the notion that topical UV radiation is the primary cause.
  
  The following Case Report is submitted by the daughter of an 80-year-old woman who had a persistent lesion on one of her fingers. Initially diagnosed as a basal cell skin cancer that diagnosis was revised to squamous cell skin cancer after biopsy results. After about a 3 month course of systemic (oral) fenbendazole treatment, with a topical component added about one month into the treatment, the lesion is completely healed.
  
  
  
  Hi Ben,I've followed the Substack for a while and was curious enough to buy FenBen powder from the LITHUANIAN supplier. No one had cancer but I thought it would be good to at least use it as a dewormer and do a 3 day clean out of any parasites every few months. Hopefully, this would also provide some protective benefits from any cancers. As "luck" would have it, my 80 year old mom was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma (later revised to squamous cell) of the finger. For several years (she says about 4) the finger has bothered her.
  
  (my comment- could this Lithuanian supplier be the Fe Ben Lab product that has been so brutally discredited by Happy Healing?)
  
  She thought it was an injury that wasn't healing well because it was in her knuckle. Combine that with thin ageing skin and she would regularly knock the sore open just as it seemed to be healing. Over the past year it had been getting infected on a regular basis. It would scab over, heal slightly but still be stiff and painful. A slight bump and it would burst open oozing yellow pus. She saw her GP as no amount of bandaging and antiseptic lotion seemed to effect any healing. Travacort and an oral fungicide were prescribed. No improvement.
  
  They then dipped a swab and off the back of finding bacterial growth she was given a course of Antibiotics . It almost seemed to worsen with a nasty open wound causing her tremendous pain in the finger joint. She saw a nurse at the local hospital wound clinic who scraped it all clean, bandaged it up and strongly suggested she request her GP do a biopsy as “sores which don't heal over several years are suspicious”. This was duly done and it proved to be a basal cell carcinoma (later revised to squamous cell).
  
  The problem now was how to excise it. On a joint. No skin left to suture and she's 80 years old. He said to leave it a couple of weeks as he was going to be away and he would give it some thought as to how to proceed but it would likely require in hospital treatment and anaesthesia to be able to do a skin graft. This worried me greatly as mum is 80.So I went over to her with the FenBen powder and told her she was going to be the family Guinea pig. At worse she'd be thoroughly dewormed and there might be some benefit. I have attached 3 photos. The first is the sore on the day the biopsy was done. Call it Day 1 and you'll see the pus and raw nature of the sore.
  Day 7. Looking vastly improved and she had no pain for the first time in over a year.
  
  Day 21. The last photo is taken 3 weeks after the initial oral dose of powder. 222mg as dosed by the little spoon in the tub. Taken daily with cheese or something fatty.
  As you can see, the skin has healed over. She has free use of the finger and there is no pain.
  She's had no obvious side effects from taking the Fenben.
  
  She's seeing her GP on Tuesday next week and I'm keen to hear what he says. Hopefully he won't mess with it and we can go back in a few months once the new skin has matured and do a follow up biopsy.

  Follow-up 5 weeks later
  
  My mother saw her GP not long after I last emailed you and he seemed quite surprised to see how well the finger was doing and ascribed it to the fact that when he'd previously seen her, that he had cut some of it out when he sampled for the biopsy and put the stitches in. She mentioned the FenBen and said he was reluctant to believe that it had anything to do with it but he had to concede that it was looking very good and all plans to surgically remove the carcinoma and do a skin graft under general anaesthesia could be shelved. For now.... I suspect he thinks it will be back.
  
  Since the wound had closed completely she has been applying FenBen paste topically every day (Panacur “horse dewormer”). She leaves her finger exposed to the sun and fresh air as much as possible, putting a plaster over when she goes out as she’s worried about knocking the new skin open after years of pain.
  It continues to look good with no external signs of infection, no pain in the affected area or joint and the skin has healed beautifully. Really quite astonishing given how many years this carcinoma has had to eat away at the skin and being 80 it’s quite thin without any extra stresses on it.
  
  Mom says she sometimes imagines there might be a small amount of the cancer left as she sometimes “feels” like there's “something” moving around under the skin but this is as likely to be residual deep tissue damage resolving itself as it is any cancer. She says it tingles sometimes but this really does seem more likely to be healing than cancer. The sutures she had a few months ago have also left a bit of lumpy skin. There’s no way she will biopsy the area to confirm if the cancer has gone, as there's just no obvious reason to traumatise healthy looking skin.
  
  I've attached photos of the finger as of today. I'm not sure of where you are in the world but it's midwinter here so her skin does look a bit dry but that's the weather.
  
  As far as we can see, there's no cancer left. She has had no obvious side effects from taking the FenBen and will continue with it both orally and with the topical cream. I bought her a milk thistle supplement but only because I read there could be effects on her liver and if she's been clearing the cancer it might be a good thing. Just me fussing there was no obvious reason to do so!

  Mom went to see her GP today. He says he's not convinced the cancer is gone and wants to carry on with an excision off the back of the pathology report, which I have attached. Since he excised some of the carcinoma when he took the biopsy sample, he feels this is the reason for the improved appearance. I'm not so sure .... cancer sores don't get better as far as I'm aware!!
  
  In any event, the full diagnosis is attached. Seems it’s a squamous cell carcinoma and there's also some signs of Bowen’s disease and solar elastosis.
  
  We're about 2 months down the road treating a 4 year old tumour. At the age of 80, I honestly believe my mom should leave it alone and continue with the Fenben and just see where it goes. I find it hard to believe there's a festering tumor underneath all that healthy new skin as she has full use of the finger and has no pain at all. At any other point in time she would not be seeing a GP......

  I tried all the natural remedies of apple cider, Liver Flush remedies with no help.
  
  I've been to the emergency room 3 times with shortness of breath and infection, my doctor told me to remove my gallbladder but I refused 3 times.

  I've been pain free and now my doctor just told me that my gallbladder is no longer inflamed my Gallstones have been dissolved now they are just sandy.
  
  
  If your stones are not calcified stones but cholesterol stones, tell your doctor to prescribe you Ursodiol and save your gallbladder.
  
  Now I just need to deal with my fatty liver that was caused by the back of the bile in my liver caused by the blocked gallbladder.

  My Gallstone Journey: A Testimony of Healing by David Shalom Egemole
  
  After giving birth through a C-section in February last year, I began experiencing severe pain, and it was later discovered that I had multiple small gallstones. Over time, they increased in size. I consulted with several doctors and specialists, and most advised me to remove my gallbladder. However, I wasn’t ready to undergo surgery. Instead, I managed the pain using hot water therapy whenever I had an attack.
  
  By September, the pain had worsened significantly, and I almost gave in to surgery. However, I met a doctor who told me that surgery wasn’t my only option and that I could try flushing the stones instead. He emphasized that consistency was key. He prescribed a regimen that included apple cider vinegar, olive oil, milk thistle, and Ursodec 300. Gradually, the pain began to subside.
  
  Despite this progress, I still had occasional attacks. But whenever I took apple cider with hot water and used my hot water bag, the pain would stop. I also cut out all fatty foods and any foods that triggered the attacks, which helped immensely. Additionally, I started getting regular body massages, with a focus on the area around my gallbladder. This brought me significant relief.
  
  By January of this year, the pain had stopped completely. Slowly, I reintroduced beef and eggs into my diet without experiencing any attacks. I was curious about the change, especially since I had stopped taking the medications. In May, I went for a scan and was told that there were no more gallstones. I went for another scan in June, and it confirmed the same thing—my Gallstones were completely gone.
  
  Throughout my healing journey, I also used Avalyn products, which I believe played a significant role in getting rid of the stones. These products are purely organic and have been a lifesaver for me.
  Today, I’m free from the pain and have returned to eating all kinds of food. My gallstone journey also came with a cyst, but now both are gone. I’m so grateful for this healing journey, and I hope it inspires others who may be going through similar challenges.
  
  My advise: Before rushing into surgery, I encourage you to consider other options first. I was in a similar situation, experiencing painful Gallstones after giving birth. Many doctors advised surgery, but I decided to try a different approach. Through consistency and natural remedies, I was able to completely dissolve my Gallstones without surgery. Today, I am gallstone-free and able to eat normally again.
  
  I understand how tempting it can be to choose surgery for quick relief, but sometimes the body can heal itself with the right routine and patience. If you haven’t explored non-surgical options yet, I would recommend giving them a chance. Surgery is always there as a final option, but you might be surprised by what natural remedies can do.

  I was diagonosed with multiple Gallstones of 6mm. I was in extreme pain. I did the flush in january 2014 for the first time and again after two weeks. I went for a full abdomen ultrasound after that and to my and radiologist's surprise NO STONES!!! The radiologist checked my gallbladder from all diretions and all positions but NO STONES!!!!

  I have colitis. I am 17 and I am too young for this shit (literally lol). I've had it for about a year. I have never stopped having diahria since. It's the most painful thing to go to the bathroom. I go at least 10 times a day. Western medicine has only made it worse...i used to only go about 6 times. I am experimenting with foods to see what makes it better. I take probiotics and fish oil regularly. I would say it helps but only slightly. Sometimes i get bowel movements with lots of blood, some times no blood all in the same day. I have always had an active colon. but not like this...normal for me should be 1-2 bowl movements per day. I have always eaten healthy despite my teenage peers gulp down fast food and alcohol and all that crap and they are fine. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I eat healthy, i am one of the most athletic people you will ever meet. I was going on my senior year of high school where i would play my final season of basketball in high school and I would have ended up with a scholarship to a college to play ball but of course colitis stopped me from all of this and now I don't go to school. My point is i am a happy, extremely driven, never depressed, outgoing, athletic and extremely active person. Why does this happen to me? I have been keeping my spirits up the whole time though. Ive gone to hell and back but i still will sit back and laugh at it all because i know i'll get better but the question is when and how? If anyone has ideas, feedback, anything they'd like to share...i am all ears. I need to get along with life, this is %¤#&!§-.

    Since last December I'm symptom free and I think my UC has been cured. I suffered it for 4 yrs.Have trust on alternative medicine.You'll be healed sometime.

      i just read your post and I'm glad you're winning the war against this thing. I am not sure how exactly mine started, it began in june/july, and i was doing intense basketball workouts as well as summer league and practices. I was taking a protein shake which may have had some effect, but i was very exausted through all the exercising i was doing. I was possibly taking a Antibiotic for acne...it wasn't anything too strong, but that could be a possibility. Anyways...around the 4th of july i just stopped everything and didn't do anything at all for at least a month and a half while the doctors ran stool samples, visits, and blood tests. Then in august i had the pleasure of having a colonoscopy done and my doctor found it was ulcerative colitis and perscribed me with Rosawa (mesalamine) enemas and Asacol (mesalamine) tablets which didn't really do much (bad or good) then when prednisone began a month or 2 later because the mesalamine wasnt working...thats when it all went to hell. I had a bad reaction to prednisone as far as side effects. I also ran a few infusions of remicade which didn't do much. All in all this first flare up is taking forever to end and i am hoping i can get it down and control it so it will be my last flare up. anyway let me know what helped you. thanks.

      Mine started at around 22'ish... I am now 33, and if you let it, it will consume you. My flares have gotten less severe over the last couple of years, mainly because of lifestyle changes I think. No more stressing over college, then professional school stuff. I have tweaked the diet for many years now, learning what I can eat and what I can eat rarely.
      
      The main thing with this disease is everyone is different, and it seems as if it's your own demon with its own cause that you have to keep looking for. The only true way to kill it is to find something that will help unlock whatever is keeping that part of the body from healing and staying healed. The only true cure is for the body to do it itself. I am still looking along with everyone else. Currently pursueing the vitamin E enema/diet route. You can actually check out that forum on here too. With your diarhhea that diet would solidify things up a bit. I am still waiting on it to help with the bleeding a little more, but it has gotten better too. I have other things to try out, but I am just taking it one thing at a time.
      
      What part of the colon is it in? Did you try the hydrocortisone enemas or just the rowasa?
      
      
      Amato, I had to cut the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement out till I get over this flare, lol. It was making things worse for me. I'll start it over when the colon aint so swollen.

        Now to Joeblow: I would advice that you take a zapper first since you said you took some Antibiotics along with proteins.I've done the same before getting that UC.The abtibiotics destroyed my colon microflora, letting it defensless to invaders.Proteins that hadn't been digested properly may have contributed to Leaky Gut Syndrome, leaving holes in the gut and ulcers consequently. Zapper will take care of it soon. But later you may need the help of a stronger agent such as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
        
        Only Miracle-Mineral-Supplement was able to defeat that for good and prevent me from more suffering. As I wrote before I think I'm cured and I eat and drink again whatever I want.No more diets, restrictions and fear.No pain, no gurgling sensations in the gut, nothing.

            First of all the bad news: there is not cure for UC. It's more of a condition than a disease. But you CAN stop flares, bleeding and all symptoms for long periods of time. I'm 31 and had it since 12 and lead a normal life and can eat virtually anything I want most of the time. I usually now go about 3 years without anything. Flares show up only when I get a very bad cold and eat improperly, get some kind of food poisoning or anything that really knocks the average Joe out as my system gets weak and vulnerable (and I probably don't attend to the problem on time). I then control it and life goes on. I think this can be done by anyone but must be careful to come back to "normal" otherwise one can have the UC symptoms non stop.
            
            There are the typical meds doctors will prescribe (often sulfasalazine or a variation). Keep an eye for new ones on the market and ask your doc about it. I personally been helped and decreased the severity of major flares but was not able to heal UC with the heavy duty prescription drugs only. Taking them long term seemed to be less effective each day (sounds familiar?). You need to complement with diet. Today diet is all I use as I try to keep my body healthy during ressession periods (which are longer each time).
            
            I've done tons of research on causes and cure through the years. The bottom line is that docs have no clue why people get this inflamation. But some helpful info is out there. Could simply be excessive bacteria in your intestine which ruins the colon wall. The lining on your colon is much like the lining inside your mouth, very soft. Ours is likely weaker than the one of most people. If damaged it needs to heal and at the same time you can't stop eating food thus stool will continue to pass by the inflamed area, your muscles will contract etc.. So mind what you eat and give your body a chance to heal.
            
            I'm not a doctor but I'll share my experience on how I've controled my mild/medium UC so far:
            
            1) Proper diet (at least during flares):
            - Stop having: Milk, cheeses, Orange Juice (or anything acidic), dry leafs (no letuce or salads, they become acid in your colon), spicy foods, garlic, aspirin, advil (iboprofen is anti-inflamatory but may lead to bleeding). Stay away from high fructose (sugars) and high fat foods. Never eat overcooked meats. Use common sense on difficult to digest foods. Stop drinking soft drinks specially Cola's.
            
            - Start having: At least 1 glass of water per meal (never eat anything withou water to avoid hard stool). In fact drink 6 glasses of water per day to stay hidrated. Eat balanced meals with steamed vegetables (never raw). Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in proper amounts (don't skip meals and let your body starve for too long). If you want to have juices such as grape juice, be sure to have it very diluted.
            
            2) Understand your body:
            Keep track of foods that make you feel worse, each person is unique and different, so keep this element in mind.
            
            3) *** Myoplex Deluxe meal replacement *** Your body needs quality proteins to heal(building blocks for your tissues) and meats are difficult to digest. So I found Myoplex Deluxe and take it in the mornings. Just 8 oz from the 16 oz mix. It's lactose free, fructose free, no corn syrup etc.. Tons of vitamins including 100% vitamin E. This will bring you closer to the ideal amounts of nutrients and vitamins you may be missing in your regular diet. Once you are used to taking this every morning you may start drinking the second half before going to bed or right after exercise. By then you should be doing some excersise, at least minor, to also apply the protein and promote overal health. Don't kill yourself, just a few minutes walking or some light weight in case you don't do it already. This is my primary recovery formula. All of the fatigue goes away quickly and my body responds well. I keep taking it even after flares (I'm not a breakfast person and Milk/OJ daily may trigger the UC). The shake is expensive even online. But to me is well worthy. You may want to try other ones but study well the ingredients and find something that is easy to digest. Be carefull with too much protein intake too, it can damage your liver.
            
            4) If you can't take vegetables take (very small amounts first at least) of a fiber suplement together with a major meal to keep your stool soft. I don't usually do this so choose carefully. These things can get you bloated and we don't want too much of that.
            
            5) In the past I tried "Primal Defense" by Garden of Life. This stoped flares for me by cleaning and regulating the functions of my intestinal tract. They are geared to help Crohns or UC and have some good points. I heard of several other Probiotics out there that can also help. Take those things in small amounts first with water prior to meals (may want to skip the fiber suplement if you do this instead). In a few days I was feeling better, few weeks I was fully recovered.
            
            6) Basic healthy behavior:
            - Get your 8, even 9 hours of sleep every night;
            - Do some kind of exercise (light at first);
            - Don't smoke or drink heavily;
            - Always wash your hands;
            - Don't eat old left overs (more than 2 days) from your fridge; Throw old items away before they spoil; You don't want more bacteria in your system while you are trying to get better.
            - Keep your kitchen, refrigerator, towels clean.
            - Continue to eat balanced meals even after flares are gone and you will stay healthy forever;
            - Relax and don't stress out so much about life.
            
            7) Go to a Dentist!
            That's right, if you haven't gone see a dentist in a while you need to go now. If you have an inflamation in your gums or any basic easy to fix dental problem this can mess up your entire body, including limiting your ability to heal from UC.
            
            None of this will heal you overnight. But you will start to feel better for sure in a few days. Be patient and stay focus on your diet. Once your are ok you can go back to having some icecream or a slice of pizza, lifting slowly some of the food restrictions so your body can adjust. I hope some of this helps.

If you take too much of the supplement, it will wipe out the good flora and leave you dangerously depleted. Primal Defense will not replenish the flora. You will need real probiotics.     I feel for you buddy. When I was first diagnosed, my diarhea was so bad for 3 days, I ended up in the hospital on IV. I have no idea how you do it, day in, day out.
    
    I'd like you to know, there is hope. I had rectal bleeding for 3 years before it came to the point above and I cured it, for 10 years now.
    
    I know people who have not been as fortunate as myself(they no longer work), but that's because they followed western medicine. Trust me, DO NOT use any cortico steroid enemas! It will help for the short term and mess you up badly in the long term. You must find a way to stop using all rx drugs. That is, if you want your life back.

  Hi, the following is bits of information I have typed from time to time. I will post more information about things that helped me recover from Traumatic Brain Injury when I have time to do so.
  
  My very Best Wishes to anybody who is looking for treatments for brain injury. Don't give up. I was told there is no treatment and no cure. I had to cure myself. I'm still not 100%, but I've come a long, long way, all through my own efforts, using things that cost nothing, or next to nothing.
  
  Most people I've met who have a brain injury believe everything their doctors tell them. They have no interest in trying to recover by their own efforts. they tell me it cannot be done. this is such a shame. I have met only two people who are working on their own recovery.
  
  Never give up. Try one new thing at a time, and record the results.
  
  ------------
  
  I incurred what doctors called a ‘mild’ injury to the brain after hitting my head, twice, during a fall. The 'mild' injury completely ruined my life.
  
  I didn’t know I had a brain injury. I had constant headache, a ‘foggy’ head, difficulties in speaking, ordering my thoughts, adding simple numerics, managing my affairs. I couldn’t make a cup of tea.
  
  I had poor balance, and was in danger of further falls. I staggered when I walked. My speech was slurred.
  
  I was constantly fatigued, sleeping up to 18 hours a day.
  
  I could not count. I could not cross a road safely. I could barely hold a conversation with another person. I could not remember words. I could not make a cup of coffee.
  
  Not long after learning that these and other problems were symptoms of Acquired Brain Injury, I said to myself: I refuse to accept this injury. Life, in this state, is intolerable. The human brain is an organ of unfathomable brilliance, and I can rely on my once well-oiled brain to help me remedy this untenable affliction. My mind will give me the ideas and guidance I need to find the remedies for this condition. I will not be satisfied until I have regained 100% brain function.
  
  
  The following are among treatments I have trialled. These gave the greatest success. I hope some or all of these will be of assistance to others. Every brain injury is different -- perhaps none of these will offer others an improvement. However, there’s little to lose in trying, and much, potentially, to gain.
  
  ------------
  
  I’m not a doctor and I have no formal medical qualifications. I’ve had a number of health issues over the years, for some of which I was told there was nothing wrong with me. I’ve learned the hard way that when doctors say “nothing wrong” or “incurable”, I have to find my own ways to fix my health.
  
  The opinions I express, and the treatments I’ve found effective for my Acquired Brain Injury, are mine alone. I’m not affiliated to any organisation and I don’t receive any payment from anyone (more’s the pity!) I’ve received no compensation for my injuries, very little assistance and, since my accident, my life has changed completely. I’ve had to seek treatments that are low-cost and easy to obtain.

  THE BEST ATTITUDE TO HAVE
  
  Some of the things I’ve learned:
  
  1. When doctors can’t help or don’t know the answers: allow myself to be upset/depresssed/despairing for a while, but then get angry. Get determined and make a resolution to find the answers, and to not stop until the problem is fixed. I have a right to better health.
  
  2. There are people all over the world who’ve managed to cure themselves, or at least improve the symptoms, of a vast range of ailments, including life-threatening illnesses. I can suffer and attempt to cope with my brain injury, OR I can spend my time trying to improve my symptoms and, thus, my quality of life. It’s my choice.
  
  3. Get on the internet. And read, research, ask people. Listen to people AND tell people my own information.
  
  4. Above all, TRY THE THINGS I HEAR ABOUT. I cannot say a brain injury treatment “doesn’t work” until I’ve trialled it, extensively, myself.
  
  
  
  DON'T EVER BELIEVE A BRAIN INJURY “WON’T RESPOND TO TREATMENT”
  
  I find many people, who have an Acquired Brain Injury, have no interest in trying to improve the symptoms with self-treatment. They usually tell me they’ll only take things recommended by their doctor or other medical professionals. They also tell me, usually, that their doctor told them there is no treatment for an ABI.
  
  
  Some have even told me that the things I’m doing don’t work – even though they hardly know me, know nothing about my injury, and have never tried the treatments themselves. At times, I am astounded at the level of negativity and apathy that seems to surround self-treatment for brain injury. It’s as if there is nothing to do but put up with an ABI.
  
  
  The thing these people may not realise is that Western medicine seems to have decided on our behalf, a long time ago, that we are not going to get better, and that chronic brain injuries don’t respond to treatment. Western medicine, however, is not the only medicine.
  
  
  OUR BRAINS CAN GROW NEW CELLS, AND HEAL, WITH OUR HELP
  
  I often wonder if any funding is given to the research of treatments for brain injury, other than for treatment during the first hours and weeks after the injury is incurred. Western medicine is saving many lives, but it seems it is only now beginning to discover a very important thing: the brain can grow new cells at any age, at any time, given the right conditions. I already knew that, and i hadn't realised it was a radical idea. I thought everybody knew that the brain grows and changes.
  
  
  A QUESTION I ASKED MYSELF
  
  Upon learning I had an injury to the brain, and pondering upon the best course of action, I asked myself:
  
  If the brain can grow new cells, new brain tissue – and thus, potentially, recover partially or fully – what do I need to do, eat, take, in order to create the right conditions for this new cell growth to happen?
  
  To me, the answer is this: I need to try everything I can find, everything I can think of, that will give oxygen, vitamins, minerals and stimulation to the brain, and/or will reduce the trauma to the brain.

    DIET -- FOODS
    
    
    BEANS – the true brain food
    
    It is often said that fish is ‘brain food’. Perhaps the fish I consumed in my youth could be considered thus, however the fish I today find available is loaded with mercury and other poisons. Since acquiring a brain injury, I don’t experience any benefit to my brain after eating fish; in fact, I find my now-sensitive brain reacts rather poorly to fish and seafood, so I avoid them.
    
    
    Beans, on the other hand, are beautiful music to the brain. Beans and bean sprouts are packed with nitrogen, which fuels new cell growth and cell repair. Garden fertilisers contain nitrogen because it makes things grow big and strong.
    
    
    (A tip: I tried this many years ago, after being told by a keen gardener: Plant beans, of any kind, around the base of another plant, and chop them off once they reach a height of 5-10 cm. The central plant will grow more quickly and robustly. The beans will release nitrogen into the soil and the nitrogen will power any plants planted near the beans. Such is the power of nitrogen in the growing beans that they enrich the soil around them.)
    
    BEAN SPROUTS of all kinds ie.alfalfa, mung sprouts et al. are not only rich in nitrogen but also very rich in Vitamin C, which repairs cells, is needed for the growth of new cells, flushes toxins and prevents illness.
    
    
    BROAD BEANS
    
    All beans are beneficial to the brain, and broad beans seem to be particularly good.
    
    I have found broad beans, either fresh or frozen, seem to give a pronounced boost to my brain function, within a few days of consumption. I mix cooked broad beans with seeds, and/or nuts, cashew spread, hummus, tahini, cooked vegetables, grated cheese, tomato, or anything I can think of, to enhance the rather bland (some would say unpalatable) taste. I also add them to soups and stews.
    
    NUTS
    
    CASHEWS
    
    I don’t know why cashew nuts are effective in helping my injured brain. I understand they are rich in Vitamin E, which assists in healing/repair, and also rich in natural fats and oils that are necessary for good brain function.
    
    I regularly purchase cashew spread, and aim to consume 1-2 tablespoons daily, either on toast or straight from the jar. I find a spoonful of cashew spread is a good pick-me-up, between meals, when I’m tired but haven’t time to rest.
    
    WALNUTS
    
    Walnuts don’t seem to be quite as effective as cashews, but still give a noticeable benefit. Someone told me, upon learning of my brain injury, that walnuts, which are shaped like the brain, are a good ‘brain food’.
    
    I find they are best eaten from the shell, so as to eat the whole walnut. Half a dozen organic walnuts, eaten from the shell, several days in a row, seems to give my brain a definite boost for days afterwards.
    
    ALL NUTS
    
    I keep hearing good things about all kinds of nuts, so I try to eat a variety. Macadamia nuts, in particular, are supposed to be a total food, containing just about everything the body needs – but only if they’re grown organically.
    
    AVOCADO
    
    Avocadoes provide Vitamin E (one of the two ‘healing vitamins’, Vitamins A and E, recommended to a friend of mine by a pharmacist, and prescribed to heal cuts and abrasions without scarring) and natural fats that are essential to the health of cells in the body. These natural fats are absolutely essential for healthy brain function. Eat as many avocadoes as you can!
    
    
    FRESH, ORGANIC FRUIT (AND VEGETABLES)
    
    I’m recently trying more and more organic fresh foods. The cost can be prohibitive. The difference, however, to my brain, is marked. Not only is there much more flavour, but also I can literally feel my body’s gratitude upon consumption of organic goods.

      SELF-TREATMENT
      
      
      When I learned I had a brain injury, I began treating the injury with anything I could think of, to reduce the trauma to the brain and to encourage growth and repair of brain tissue. My symptoms began to improve immediately, and they continue to improve.
      
      Some things work for me, some things don’t. My goal is 100% recovery.
      
      
      THE FIRST TREATMENT I TRIED
      
      The first treatment I tried was what I now call Water Pillow Therapy. The results were astounding and instantaneous. I was exhilarated and very relieved to have found a simple way to reduce the trauma and the shock that my brain was carrying since the accident.
      
      I found I needed to repeat the therapy as often as possible, and that improvement was gradual. After about six months of lying with my head on a water pillow, for at least half an hour each session, on as many days as I could, my aphasia (speech problems and word problems) was almost completely gone, and all my other symptoms also improved dramatically. I no longer staggered when I walked.
      
      I then slept with a 'water pillow' on top of my usual pillow, (and with a blanket or cloth on top of the water pillow, as the water pillow was too cold to be directly under my head) every night for more than five years.
      
      ------------
      
      Water Pillow Therapy is perhaps the easiest and most fundamental
      treatment for a Traumatic Brain Injury. For me, six months of doing this treatment every day for at least 30 minutes cured the staggering, slurred speech, aphasia, inability to count numbers, double vision, unreasonable anger, moodiness, frustration, Depression and dyslexia caused by my brain injury.
      
      
      The gradual dissipation of these dreadful symptoms was like being let out of prison. A relief beyond description.
      
      
      Water Pillow Therapy was suggested to me by a friend who had played rugby while at school and who said that this treatment was used for any player who incurred a concussion during a match.
      
      Quite simply, the coach would lead the player to the side of the pitch and make him lie down with his head resting on a half-empty pillow/bag filled with fluid, for at least 20 minutes. This would ensure that the concussion was healed, or almost healed, and that there would be no permanent injury.
      
      
      The “trauma vibrations” would pass from the concussed player’s head to the pool of fluid upon which the head lay. A physics graduate told me that this is a principle of physics. Vibrations will pass from one pool of liquid to another pool of liquid placed next to it.
      
      The brain floats in fluid, so it stands to reason that putting another pool of fluid next to the brain might enable the brain to pass accumulated trauma vibrations to the other pool of fluid/liquid.
      
      
      I did not believe my friend's story about water pillows fixing head injuries. After several months of repeatedly suggesting this remedy to me, he said to me, "Why don't you just try it? What have you got to lose? It will cost you less than $10."
      
      
      So, I tried the Water Pillow Therapy: I bought a box of wine, removed the inner “bladder” from the box, emptied about half of the wine and lay in a quiet room with my head on the half-empty “bladder”. (I put the “bladder” on top of my usual pillow, then a folded towel on top of the “bladder” which felt very cold, too cold for me to place my head on it directly.)
      
      I tried to relax and to just let my brain do whatever it wanted to do. I could feel my brain “swinging” from side to side, in a most unstable way. It felt like a lump of hard jelly swishing back and forth in a washtub.
      
      I just let my eyes go where they wanted. They swung from side to side, with the brain. I just allowed this to happen.
      
      
      After about 10 minutes, my brain became still. It was like a pendulum that had swung from side to side, gradually getting slower, and gradually swinging a smaller distance to each side, until it came to a standstill in the centre of its field of movement.
      
      When my brain came to a gentle stop, in the "centre", my head cleared instantly, and my brain began to “load in” information and to “wake up”. I just let it do what it wanted. I just observed.
      
      
      My eyes went from left to right, then down, and from left to right again, as if they were quickly reading loads of written information on a page. Line after line, down the page. I just let this happen.
      
      Eventually, my eyes began to focus on distant points on the ceiling, then on points near and far. It was as if they were remembering all the things they could do, and running through a test program, doing those things.
      
      
      My head felt remarkably clear.
      
      I was a bit stunned. I could not believe this was happening. It was exciting and overwhelming. I felt I had gotten my brain back.
      
      I just lay there and let it happen. I didn't want to interrupt the "re-boot" my brain was doing.
      
      Lots more happened. All of it beneficial.
      
      When I finally stood up, after about 30 minutes, my whole body sort of screamed in protest. My brain only felt good when lying perfectly still, cushioned by the water pillow.
      
      From that day onward, I began to use the water pillow. Every single symptom of my brain injury began to improve.
      
      
      IF YOU HAVE A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, TRY THIS THERAPY. IT COSTS LESS THAN $10 TO TRY IT!
      
      IT WORKED FOR ME. I'VE TRIED IT WITH ONE FRIEND WHO HAS A BRAIN INJURY. HE SAYS IT MAKES HIM "MORE ALERT".

          Hi, I do not know if this is an established therapy. No-one seems to have heard of it, as a treatment for brain injury.
          
          It was something suggested to me by a friend, in the months following my accident. He said that when he was at school he played football, and that whenever a football player hit his head during a game, the coach would make the player lie on his back on the side of the field, with his head on a half-empty wine cask, for at least 20 minutes, to clear the concussion and prevent permanent head injury.
          
          Maybe the coach was an old-school kind of guy who knew some old-fashioned remedies. I don't know.
          
          About 2 years after I began using this therapy, I went to a community day for people with a brain injury. It was there that I got talking to a physics graduate who told me the name for the theory, in physics ( - the theory that vibrations will pass from one pool of liquid to another pool of liquid placed next to it or on top of it).
          
          This theory has a one-word name, but I forgot to write down the name and I can't remember it.
          
          I just call this treatment 'Water Pillow Therapy'. My friend who has tried this treatment said I should give it a name, to make it easier to describe it.
          
          He also said I should "tell doctors and scientists all the things that have improved your brain injury. They can use these treatments to help people." I replied to him that most doctors seem to think that those of us who have a brain injury are m*o*o*ns, and that we are the last people they are going to listen to, about anything.
          
          I no longer tell people (especially "medical professionals") that I have a brain injury, unless absolutely necessary. I am sick and tired of the insults, discrimination, weird attitudes, ignorance and condescension. The nastiness and ignorance of most medical professionals is astounding.
          
          I decided to post some info here on curezone, just in case it is useful to somebody who is trying to self-treat a brain injury, or is wishing to assist a friend or family member who has a brain injury.

              No, I am not 100% cured; the fatigue is the biggest problem to conquer. Still working on that. I have other health issues, too, and if I could just fix those ..... I might be 100%. Hopefully.
              
              No, I did not have surgery for my brain injury. I was initially told that I have no injury! Apparently I have no structural damage to the brain, which is fortunate, but what that means is that the damage is microscopic.
              
              One of the things I have learned is that when there is an impact to the head, the soft brain slams (usually forwards, then backwards etc.) against the hard casing of the skull. This can stretch, break, bend, stress, bruise or sever the tiny fibres (axons, neurons and all the other tiny fibres) in the brain. Even a tiny bruise in the brain can kill. Or have no effect whatsoever.
              
              In 'mild' brain injuries, there is no consistent relation between the damage caused and the subsequent effects on the person. With brain injuries generally, doctors are loath to predict the outcome on the person's life. It is all quite unpredictable.
              
              
              I fall in the category of those who are told they have a 'mild' brain injury, even though the injury's effects are drastic and life-changing. 'Mild' basically means that I can walk unaided and I can feed myself. It does not indicate quality of life!
              
              
              Please provide a link to your website. Yes, I would be very happy to get the information out there on other people's websites, but I would like to look at the website first -- and I would quite probably write a bit more about myself if posting the info elsewhere (depending on the website).
              
              One thing that I would probably mention is that I have created and run support groups for people who have brain injuries. Had I not self-treated my injury, I would barely be able to write a shopping list, let alone design and implement support projects for other people with health issues.
              
              I try to motivate others, but unfortunately one of the symptoms of many people's brain injuries is lack of motivation/crushing apathy. So many people just dragging themselves through each day, never realising their potential.
              
              Also, I saw a documentary about U.S. veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. (I live in Australia). Many service personnel's lives are being saved, but they are returning home with permanent brain injuries, which is a tragedy.
              
              I watched the programme as veterans (a huge hall filled with several hundred of them sitting at tables), were handed five $1 notes and and were coached to count out the dollars, one by one, on the tables in front of them. I was almost shouting at the TV, "I used to be like that! I couldn't count two cents! Get them to lie down on a wine cask bladder! There is no need for them to be like that!"
              
              I was 36 when I had my accident. Seeing young people aged in their early 20s, with brain injuries, makes me so sad.
              
              If I were well enough, and could afford it, I would open a clinic that brings together all the therapies that actually work.

                  It is wonderful that you run a support group for people with brain trauma. It doesn't seem that many people are helping others who experienced Stroke, Alzheimer, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, or other brain related injuries as much as it should be. It seems like it is all swept under the rug with a 'live with it' the rest of your life attitude.
                  
                  It is quite sad indeed. So, I don't accept that there is nothing we can do. Hopefully, the new information that I sent you will be useful for yourself and others that you are helping. You write well, like an expert in bio-feedback. We need more people like you - learning new therapies, healing yourself, and sharing your story.

  Hello all! I just wanted to share some good news in my hyperthyroid journey.
  
  
  I was diagnosed with Graves disease more than 10 years ago. The medication prescribed to me gave me debilitating headaches so I stopped taking them.
  
  
  Someone told me about http://ithyroid.com/ and tried taking the recommended vitamins as much as I can. In a year, my lab tests became normal.
  
  
  After a few years, I stopped taking any as my heart rate was normal and I did not have any more issues.
  
  
  When I had to live abroad, my heart started racing again. I could not obtain the vitamins I used before so I had to go to the doctor. They prescribed 10 pills I had to take at certain times a day. My heart beat slowed down but my hair fell out, I gained so much weight (without eating a lot), developed arthritic symptoms, drowsiness, and numbness in my limbs. I really did not like taking the meds and would rather have a fast heart rate.
  
  
  A few months back I was able to get copper vitamins again and started taking some when I remembered. My doctor gradually lessened my medicine dosage.
  
  
  I then started taking Quantum trace mineral drops (https://quantuminplusdrops.com/ ) from the Philippines) and today after seeing my doctor, my lab results showed that I only need 1 tablet a day! Previous to this, I was taking 10 pills a day for 3 years meds - every time my doctor lessened the dosage, I felt much better. I lost the horrible weight gain, stopped losing hair, felt less sleepy (and could work better) etc.
  
  
  Thank God! I hope this helps someone. I still hope that I will not need any meds whatsoever by the time of my next checkup in 2 months' time.

  It seems at least one person doubts ozone can cure cancer in here.   Hi,
  I just want to tell the story of how my wife was cured from cancer twice.
  My wife had 16 tumors throughout her body, in her intestines,
  liver, and breast. All the doctors said there was nothing they could do and that she had 6-12 months. That was 3 years ago. My wife found a new experimental chemo treatment that "had a 80% cure rate". She did the chemo for 9 months and it was killing her. The doctor said her system was starting to shut down. I had been looking at alternative treatments from various sources & doing research on my own & found ozone. We didn't want to try it because of what the EPA & everyone else said about it, but since her system was starting to shut down, what did we have to lose? We drank ozonated water & breathed it while we slept every night, also did juicing and she continued with the chemo. Within 3 months she was cancer free.
  Now if that isn't enough, a year and a half later when she went in for her check up to see if the cancer was still gone, they said she had two more tumors. One on the bile duct & one in her intestines again. The doctor told her they couldn't give her any more chemo & there was NOTHING they could do this time. We had slacked off on the ozone for several months so we decided to flood our bodies again. Guess what? Within 6 months the tumors were gone again. This time all we did was the ozonated water, breathing ozone & juicing. The doctor couldn't believe it & sent the tests out to 4 other doctors & they all said there was no cancer. He said they should hire me. By the way my wife is the only one out of 54 who is still alive from the group that was given that chemo. Like they say I think they play with the numbers a little. ;-)
  Also I have cured athletes foot, a rash or something like that on my head, and removed age spots with ozone. (I don't go to doctors) I believe I have at least cured an enlarged prostate, (verified by doctors before I quit going to them) but probably proatste cancer with ozone & apricot seeds. (Thanks for the apricot seeds tip Ralph Moss!) My dad died from prostate cancer & I had the same symptoms though.
  I just want eveyone possible to know what ozone can do. It really works! I belong to Dr. Pressman's ozone group at the Yahoo site. You can see what ozone can cure at that group. Dr. Pressman has written two books on ozone & if you would like a copy of them, I'll email them to you.

    People like this are just letting themselves down by not attempting to gain enough knowledge on the subject or even attempting to try them along with their allopathic toxic methods. If people are unsure then like I said try them with your doctors work also. Its all about the Medical Mafia Matrix's programming of the minds into FEAR. Once we defeat this weakness things are far much easier. There aren't that many treatments that come near to the power of Ozone.       The first time my wife had cancer, we were using the AOS-1MP from www.appliedozone.com We just turned it on and left it on in the bedroom while we slept. We would take it downstairs and put it in the living area and leave it on a lot of the day. It doesn't use an oxygen tank, but worked.
      The second time my wife got cancer we had bought the "beta" model from www.plasmafire.com We mostly just breath the residual ozone from making water each night for 2-4 hours. We drink at least 2 glasses of water a day. When she had cancer she would drink up to about a 1/2 gallon a day. Most of the time it was just 2 glasses though.
      I forgot to mention ozone works good on joint pains also. I had a really screwed up neck and started funneling it and I'm amazed at how much of the pain is gone. My wife also had a bad back and got a depo-medrol shot. (don't ever get one! they use the same thing that's in anti-freeze, and inject it in or near your spinal cord. makes sense.) After that she had burning pains in the feet. After just 1 funneling session the burning was gone. It really helpd the pain in her back too. I think like most alternative treatments, it's really a lifestyle change. You have to keep doing it the rest of your life.

       Water Pic, hydrogen peroxide, and rubbing alcohol.  Fill water pick with warm water (not hot!) and a splash of the hydrogen peroxide.  Put a cup under ear to catch the water mixture.  Turn the Water Pic on the lowest setting and then squirt in the ear, slowly turning up the setting.  This may be a bit uncomfortable, and caution should be used in not turning the setting too high or you could damage or even rupture your ear drum.  After you have removed the wax (you will likely be surprised at how much comes out), rinse the ear with plain water, drain and then put a couple of drops of alcohol in each ear to dry out.

      Get some ear candles at your health food store. Some people like to claim they do not work, but I know better. I have used them many times to remove ear wax.
      
      When I first heard about them, some folks claimed the wax was from the candle itself and not the ear. I used one and then cut the remaining part of the candle open and compared the candle wax with the ear wax. Ear wax was brown and the candle wax was beige color. Anyone that claims it does not work simply has not tried it.
      
      I have even had wax get packed against the ear drum and cause a constant roaring sound and the ear candle removed it right away.

I'm a massage therapist. The chiropractor I worked for at the time wanted me to get "Trained" in ear candling; like a high school drop out can't do it. People were scamming people for $60 a pop to come to your home to do something that takes 1/2 hour and you can do it yourself anyway. I think she was planning on charging $30 a treatment in her office. We got this literature and a big spiel about how it sucks toxins and heavy metals out of your body while drawing out the ear wax. I made an appointment with this guy to come to her office to give me a treatment. He gave me the same spiel about drawing out toxins in the ear wax that is sucked out of the ear, but I didn’t buy it in the first place. We bought some supplies and practiced on each other, then just burned down a few candles without putting them in our ears. Those spent candles looked identical to the ones we burned in our ears. Yes, the wax inside is from the candle and not from ear wax. Besides, ear wax is darker and softer. To top it off, I had told the person who came to the chiropractor’s office to do the ear candling on me that I wanted to see what it was like because the chiropractor wanted me to learn how to do it so we could offer it in her office. He called the chiropractor the next day offering his services for hire to do ear candling in her office!! The nerve of some people, but that’s the kind of unscrupulous behavior you get from snake oil salesmen. We never offered ear candling in our office because we decided that there were real beneficial services people needed instead and we didn’t feel right taking patients’ money for fraudulent purposes.           My experience is quite different. When I first tried ear candles, I did one ear and then took a razor knife and split the stub to examine the wax. I took a q-tip and got some wax from the other ear and compared them and both sets of wax was dark brown and soft.
          
          Ear candling certainly works for me and I am one that is hard to convince. I have to check things out for myself before I totally believe it.

    Thank you so much for posting this! I have a husband who gets very grumpy with the ringing in his ear. He will try this. Sometimes screwing up his face/making weird faces at the onset of tinnitus helps to prevent it from going full blast. So I have high hopes your exercise helps. Thanks.

  I recently had an Amalgam filling placed into one of my upper wisdom teeth. It was around April 2013. The dentist didn't give any options or ask, I've already had 5 other Amalgams in my mouth.
  
  Long story short I received the clinical diagnosis of multiple sclerosis two to three weeks after the filling was placed. After doing several things to help manage my disease both from the doctor of medicine as well as forums here, I finally decided it's time to take on what I saw as the most challenging/perplexing: chelation/mercury removal from mouth.
  
  Around this same time, I was having difficulties flossing something out of the wisdom tooth that had the filling put in and I wasn't smart enough to realize that black piece of popcorn was a mercury filling. It was popping out of the tooth and stuck under my gum overlapping it.
  
  I went to the same dentist that put it (and all my old fillings) in. He immediately cleaned it up, and me being aware of the possibility of mercury causing this disease asked for a ceramic (or whatever) white filling placed instead. The dentist concurred and even mentioned many health professionals recommend removing fillings containing mercury once a person has an auto-immune disorder.
  
  Ever since this filling was removed and fixed up, I have gotten even better. I was already 90% recovered from the attacks, but a week after the filling was replaced I've gotten all of my nerve coordination and senses back, I'm able to type at my original speed, I can play musical instruments just as proficient as before. I'm wondering if the inflammation they found on MRI's in my brain were due solely to the mercury from that filling and possibly not even MS.

    Your form of MS is most likely RR(Recurring/remitting)which will come and go on its own.
    Some folks even report symptoms disappearing completely never to return.
    There are too many unknowns about MS, the cause hasnt even been determined.
    I have it myself. Going on over 25 years.
    For me, there was a period when drinking a bottle of cold water would make all my walking issues disappear.
    Thats no longer the case.
    Unfortunately when it comes to MS, only time will tell.

        I am now ready to give it a chance. I got the last Amalgam filling removed today - 11/23/21. As I understand it I won't be able to use ALA until Febuary, but can start DMSA and DMPS in 4 days.
        
        My left hand has close to no feeling in it since around 2019, and I have a large amount of fatigue but I'm hopeful that I'll be able to restore my health.
        
        I waited a while because there is so much conflicting information about the danger of getting them removed.

          I used ACC successfully for my former lead toxicity problem. I can't say enough about the positive effects I've experienced.
          
          Of course most people don't have heavy metals as their primary medical problem, however, after a decade in the detox support groups I'm convinced that many people have HMs as a contributing factor.
          
          In addition to this group there is a large Cutler support group at FB and Andy-Cutler-Chelation.com
          
          Don't forget Cutler's strong warning about getting generous amounts of antioxidants--vitamin C, E--to protect you from mobilized HMs.
          
          Some of us like to take some of the antioxidant selenium at the end of each round to help with mop up of mobilized HMs.
