If its a general support forum there should be NO link to one individual. Simple stuff.

What we need is coherency in the way these things are put in place. Same with Forum Rules that are sometimes ignored. Drama does draw a crowd though ;-)

I prefer quality to quantity.

Credibility is linked to being congruent and being upfront.

Most of the infighting, bickering, drama and trolling could be eleiminated over night if things were dealt with in a coherent fashion based on established guidleines that leave no confusion nor exception.
