The Clark Forum forum is a support forum for those ustilizing her prtocol as is Shulzes. They would thusly remain in the non commercial area under my proposal. If they had their own forum where they doled out advice (with links back to thier commercial site or recomending their own products) then those forums would be commercial. All still available for viewing just in a way that provided disclosure between commercial and noncommercial.

Everyone gains in this. People can promote their wares or services (fully disclosed) and and those who share without strings attached (economic) can continue to share as well. The only difference is the disclosure.
