Since the precedent is already firmly in place I believe that a separate section for forums that openly promote products sold by the forum owner needs to be in place. It should not be that hard to determine who is selling and who is not. Any forum that has a link to a commercial site in its heading should be considered commercial. But what about the dental forum that constantly links to a Mexican dentist? The owner may or may not be profiting from that, but she certainly keeps to a rather narrow point of view from what little I've read. If Invincible were to decide to sell products on the Website she is making to promote Moreless, would that make his forum commercial if he links to it? I'm afraid we are going to see some gray areas to this subject. I doubt if it will be simple to determine what is commercial and what is not in some cases.
