I also realize that you are trying in your own way to bring balance into the situation and bring out the fact that there are two sides to every story. That is all true and valid. However, there are many other situations in which a person's safety and well being, even their very life, come into direct danger. In these cases, there is no time for ponderings and speculation. The balances are greatly outweighed and action must be taken immediately. Period. To suggest otherwise is akin to aiding and abetting a crime.
