Thank You everyone for taking the time to read through my long post and for offering your advise and opinions. It is good to know that any other person in my situation would have done the same thing.

been there done that - my therapist also said the same thing, that I'm just a checkbook to him.
Raynbo - yes he is paying child support, and I also checked out the Affirmations Forum, thanks for that info, and all of your other suggestions.
