Try another type of oil like Safflower.
Olive oil for some unknown reason flares my asthma up and after taking one tablespoon it created alot of problems. If I took a cup full it would probably kill me. But we all need to use caution and only a fool would try things full tilt until they test the waters. It just goes against basic common sense.
Lupus in itself makes the body react atleast in my case so far off of normal you have to be really careful about things let alone a liver flush. Alot of other illnesses like cancer, lymes, etc will also alter your tolerances. After learning the hard way, less is more and be careful.
