I found your message very helpful. I have been reading these forums and wondering what is the best route for me. i just started to do a fruit cleanse for nasty Psoriasis on hands, feet, and scalp. have done two enemas (from walgreens) and find i am bloated. would like to do colon/kidney/liver cleanse, and would like to go slow, as you say. where do i start, with colon cleanse?....
