Re: This post will be a strain on your Christianity.
Personally, even if the bible said that I should accuse others or judge others, I would refuse to obey simply because I decided not to. My heavenly father protects me from the wrath of the bible (it's called love). This sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? Yet, there is reason for me to say this, do not fear the bible, do not love it, either. Keep your priorities and objective straight in your mind (be transformed by the renewing of your MIND). Are you so concerned about scripture that it overrides your heart and mind?
The verse that SEEMS TO INDICATE that they DID demand women's silence in church in Paul's time and in that culture 2000 years ago, shows the way they did things back then, but God never TOLD ME that, in MY LIFE, women should be silent. I simply choose not to worry about it, if women do wrong, they will have to give account to The Lord for their actions, if they have good reason for doing what they did (I trust they do, there's no problem), I feel that I have good reason for doing what I do (I stand before The Lord everyday with a clear conscience), in fact, you do have the option of justifying a person's shortcomings (intentional or not), it's called love.
I am not a self-appointed member of The Lord's police force nor do I wish to be (it's called love), in other words, I have no desire to accuse or prosecute (that's called love).
