Thank you Archus! As always, very informative information! I probably would have done some damage if you would not have shared this with me. I have not done the flush yet I have been refeeding. I'm getting better at the refeeding as time goes on as my first fast brraking was so hard. I also found that brraking a dry fast is so much easier than a wet fast.
