Re: Water Fasting - Day 1

I have just finished a one week dry fast. I lost 800g (just under two pounds) a day. It was mainly fat and it spared my lean muscle mass.I was around 20%BF, today about 16% just from the seven day fast.... Last october I did a 30 day fast and all my lean muscle WENT to skin and bones and I looked and smelled like death like the worse anorexic patient. Tried it again in march this year... and again I looked like a free after 27 days.. Personally I now prefer shorter dry fasts. I just grab a good book and barricade my self in my room and meditate. I don't think I will ever do wet fasts - DRY target fat specifically to draw water... without munching too much muscle.

All I have to do now is eat good protein, and progressively build my weights and my BF% should go lower. I've done it before and the physique I gain is very good. You can easily get there Bell dear.

Im 31 this month, and 5'6 and as of today 51kg (around 112/113lbs)

When I had my PCOS and I was put on the chemical pill I was 23 and I was 127lbs... but because I went all natural I became lighter...

Im sure you can do it - you sound pretty determined.

I would do a few 4 days dry fasting - then 2days wet, then 2 days veggie broth, do that twice to three times and I am almost certain you will be at your goal. If it gets too much, back up and ease into light cooked veg, then ease back into the dry fast for a few more days.. just go to chemist and get keto-strips and make sure your stay in mild-high ketosis for as long as you can! that's the goal...

NO WEIGHT/ training till after that....

Then when you at your goal, reseed slowly, with caution watching the carbs, and start with walking, then a few light kg/lb weights...and just build every week... your BF% will drop remarkably... Ive gotten to 11% and it was lovely... not masculine, but very fit. but hey! anything under 25% is good!!!
