182 is can be fine depending on your body composition. Do you know what your body fat percent is?
The BMI scale says that ideally on the upper limit you should aim at around 154lb. Right now that might seem like a big difference - but believe me, after fasting and maintenance, and possibly shorter little maintenance fasts, and a fat based diet - this will be very achievable. Think about it - from today that is only like doing two short 11 day fasts and you are actually there - just maintain with the correct diet and lifestyle. Pineapple melts fat like nothing else.
Its also important to keep your blood moving. Traditional Chinese Medicine is very aware of stagnant blood - to counter this, keep movement an important factor in you life.. walking a pet, short walks, yoga, a little jog here and there... believe me it makes a difference.
A very natural based doctor was telling me that just a few kg was all it took for many PCOS sufferers to gain fertility again. Also - Caffine and chocolate are enemies of PCOS... but you can have if you feel lethargic liquorice tea and Siberian ginseng which I found excellent.
