Re: Day 5 Dry fasting

Hmmm. I think breaking is wise. Im not too sure whether doing a Liver Flush straight away is going to be wise.
Instead of jumping on all the sweet carbs, I would be more inclined to do veggie broth... SPECIFICALLY a BIELER BROTH... this is a vital tonic for the liver and won't get you out of ketosis!!!

Its is from Dr Henry Bieler... You may google to find out more but this is the best tonic for your liver... better than citrus in you current state... DO NOT DO CITRIS....

Take equal parts green beans, sulphur-free celery, and zucchini, cover with water and cook until soft., then blend till smooth - you can make it more watery if you like...DO NOT SEASON - except raw parsley at the end if you feel fit. The sodium and potassium are going to help your liver heal and you will stay in ketosis... This is a specific liver tonic..

After a while you may wish to have diluted pineapple juice until you can have it at half strength (freshly juiced)
This will dissolve your stones.

Don't just mindlessly put any fruits in your body - make every single mouthful a medicine. If it is not directly helping you specific situation then do not eat it.

I would also be inclined to sip corn silk tea and dandelion root tea. If you can grab any dandelion weeds from your yard do so and make a salad with olive oil and lemon or grapefruit.

Please be careful
