Also, what are the "detox" symptoms you usually experience during dry fasting? My body does not feel too different. I read online that something happens around day 3 of dry fasting. What happens?
I read the link and from what I gather you are correct about the dehydration calculations! 2 lbs a day sounds good but wouldn't I just gain all that back when I rehydrate with water?
