Re: Day 2 Dry Fasting

Well thats good to hear. yes you will still void your bladder at least once a day, usually in the morning, every day, as we know the the body is burning the fat to make pure water around 1-1.2L. So that will be utilised in the body and then excreted the usual way. It may be darker or stronger in odour.

Cashews? well are you chewing them well? are you seeing anything whole in the stool? (it should be all homogenised to a healthy shade of brown - if not your body is giving you a loud clue something is going on). Really thorough chewing is a must - lots of saliva and to a a consistency like a smoothy ... if not this can cause other issues like leaky gut as larger particle enter the blood stream too quickly without proper digestion, and what isn't digested will cause fermentation in the gut - cashews are not a particularly healthful nut. Quite good fat content though but they are prone to spoiling and especially in the gut. But better out than in - good thing you body expelled it!

Your body knows what it needs to do... first it took out the trash and now to do its work. yes dry fasting is so peaceful, the healing takes place unnoticed and you will be less hungry than with water fasts.

Your almost half way on your dry fast thats terrific! see - its easy!
I would prepared by getting rid of anything nasty in your kitchen at home (such as.... that ice-cream?)
do not have it in the home to tempt you to break your will. PURGE it ALL asap... its very spiritually cleansing.

for your 4 days water, don't guzzle heaps, just sip as you need. If thats only a cup the whole day that is completely fine. don't force it. and leave it in your mouth before you swallow as long as you can.

I can be very determined - but also I do compromise. I know on all my fasts I could have gone longer lol but my hub is very caring and he doesn't like me to take any risks or push myself too hard (because he knows that I can take things to extremes) so I am always willing to give in to his advice. Do you have a loved one who can look out for you in case things go a bit haywire? a friend? co-worker?

Stay safe PH!!
