I should add in relation to stagnant blood - that the cysts are blood which is not moving or detaching from the follicle in the manner in which it is supposed to, they stick to the ovaries, and cyst and often internally bleed/haemorrhage. This is all stagnant blood. The Chinese believe this is as direct result of blood not flowing correctly or stagnating. hence the notion of keeping moving
