Re: Getting off of Xanax and AF recovery failure

I just realize the scope of all this...
Decided to write it down before I forgot

AF complicates the WD just as much as the WD complicates AF.
I was wondering why I was able to sometimes taper off huge dosages at a time and not feel the withdrawal pain until a few days later.

In a way low adrenal function allowed me to function "normally" until the reserves got completely depleted again.
It happened like 5 times over this past winter. I couldn't figure it out.
Every time I cut xanax I felt great for like a couple of days. It was inconsistent with what I'm used to experiencing. I mistakenly thought the WD became less acute.

Now that AF got better WD symptoms became more pronounced.
It makes so much sense to me now.
