I only know how to take more stuff the hardcore way not the other way around:) LOL

I appreciate your brutal honesty, I noticed it from the beginning.
And the fact that you have hell of an experience yourself to back it up.
You have no idea how much you helped me with just engaging in this discussion! And I totally agree with your point of view on taking less "miracle" potions....

Don't be to harsh on me though..
I just realized after looking at the pill splitting schedule that I made a cut of 14% last week going from 1.75 mg to 1.5 mg.

And the week before Easter I cut 43% in under 1 week!....
No wonder I was jumping around like a monkey on those dr.Lam's supplements... Doing crazy yoga, standing on my head:)

Why does it only make sense when I see the percentages!!!!
